ProServe Liquor Staff Training is a mandatory
training program for all people serving or selling liquor, or providing security
services in a Class A, B, D, E, Duty Free licensed premises or at a Commercial Public
Resale special event.
In this course you will:
- Learn about duty of care
- Understand the liabilities and legislation associated with liquor service
- Understand how alcohol affects the body
- Describe a standard drink
- Recognize the signs of intoxication and factors that influence drinking patterns
- Learn how to handle situations involving minors
- Learn how to discontinue and refuse liquor service or sale
- Become familiar with other related responsibilities

online course and exam are available in English only.
Once you purchase the program, you will have 30 days to complete the training online.
The final exam is also completed online. Upon successful completion, a
ProServe certificate and card are mailed to you.
AGLC policy requires program participants to successfully complete training in all
programs required for their positions within 30 days of their date of hire.
