ProServe Liquor Staff Training - Self-Directed Course

This option is designed for those who would like to learn at home, and may not have access to the Internet. We ship the manual and a DVD, and you must then arrange to take the exam in the presence of a proctor.

ProServe manual and DVD are available in English only. Exams are available in the following languages, upon request:

Requests for exams in other languages must be made with the submission of the Exam Request form (included in your self-directed package). Contact the SMART Training office for assistance, or for more information.

There are two options for receiving the self-directed program: by ordering it through the online shopping cart system or by activating it using a ticket given to you by your employer. Please select your choice from the options below.
