Activation tickets are electronic codes that you buy for your staff to take the ProServe program. Workers use the ticket to activate the program under their accounts. Be sure you buy the activation ticket for the delivery method (online, facilitated seminar, or self-directed) you want your staff to take.

Once your payment has been approved, activation tickets are saved to your account:
There is no expiry date for activation tickets.
Unused activation tickets can be refunded. Click here to see our refund policy. If the ticket has been assigned and used by the recipient, no refunds will be issued.
