Seminars take place regularly in each city indicated on the map. Typically, a seminar:

is facilitated by a ProServe certified facilitator
takes approximately 6 hours
includes a participant manual
includes the writing of the exam immediately after the curriculum is presented (the exam is marked, scored and results are sent out 2-3 weeks after the completed exams have been returned to the ProServe office)
