Sound card, speakers and a stable, high-speed Internet connection are recommended.
Time to complete: Licensee staff have 30 days from the date and time their program purchase is approved to get certified.
Learners using an activation ticket must be certified within 30 days of the date and time their ticket was applied to their account.
Please note: The ability to purchase ProServe activation tickets on this platform ends on April 30, 2024. All unused activation tickets must be redeemed by May 31, 2024.
AGLC policy requires licensee staff to have the certificates(s) required for their position(s) within 30 days of their employment start date or before their current certification expires. Special Event workers requiring ProServe certification must be certified before the special event. See the liquor and gaming policy handbooks for more information.

How to register: Order it through the online shopping cart system or use an activation ticket code. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay for and access the program.
Cost: $26.25 (includes GST).
Pay with Visa or MasterCard (credit or debit), or American Express. Money orders, payable to AGLC, are also accepted. In-person payments can be made at any AGLC satellite office.
