Each worker must have a SMART Programs account and be able to sign into it to use their ticket. Previously certified staff can use the account they had when they were last certified. Workers who have never taken any of the SMART Programs before can make accounts at smartprograms.aglc.ca
If a worker still cannot use the ticket after signing in, check if...
- Someone else has already used the ticket code, or
- One or more of the letters in the code are missing or out of order
Click on the View button to see your used and unused tickets. Check the ticket code that doesn't work against the codes you purchased. The ticket will not work if it's already been used or if any of the letters in the code are missing or out of order.
Give the worker the correct letter code or issue a new ticket, as needed.
