NEW learning platform coming soon!

AGLC is launching a new learning management system platform (LMS) September 16-18, 2024. We will be transitioning the GAIN program, Anti-Money Laundering training and SMART Programs to the new platform. The new platform offers multiple training programs with one account.

You are no longer able to purchase activation tickets online. You may redeem ProServe and SellSafe activation tickets, purchase online programs and complete them until September 16, 2024.

All program requirements and the exam must be successfully completed in the current platform before 7 a.m. MST on September 16, 2024 to be migrated to the new platform. Incomplete programs and expired certificates will not be migrated.

The SMART Training Programs will be unavailable September 16-18, 2024 while we transition to the new learning management system.

If you are not certified before 7 a.m. MST on September 16, 2024 and require certification, please visit aglc.ca/training for updates.

Refund Form submission deadline 

If you cannot use your activation tickets by the September 16, 2024 deadline, you may apply for a refund.

To apply, submit an Activation Ticket Refund Request form by September 16, 2024 to activation.tickets@aglc.ca. Please retrieve your order history to apply for a refund, as this information is required on the form and will not be available once the new platform is launched.

We will work as quickly as possible to process a refund. However, due to volume, it may take up to eight weeks to process.

The last day to purchase ProServe and SellSafe activation tickets on the current platform is August 15, 2024. The ability to buy activation tickets will be removed on August 16, 2024. All unused activation tickets must be redeemed before the current platform is decommissioned. This date will be announced once confirmed by AGLC.

Refund Form submission deadline 

If you cannot use your activation tickets by the decommission date, you may apply for a refund. See the refund page of the ProServe and/or SellSafe sites for more information.

We will inform you as soon as our launch date is confirmed. 

The ability to purchase ProServe and SellSafe activation tickets on this platform ends on April 30, 2024. All unused activation tickets must be redeemed by May 31, 2024.

The ability to purchase ProServe and SellSafe activation tickets on this platform ends on February 29, 2024. All unused activation tickets must be redeemed by March 31, 2024. Redeemed tickets and online program purchases are not eligible for the refund offer.

The ability to purchase and redeem ProServe and SellSafe activation tickets on the current platform will end earlier as these tickets are not compatible with the new platform.

At this time, please continue purchasing and redeeming activation tickets as needed. We will inform you of the new purchase, redemption and refund timelines once our launch date is confirmed.

To view activation ticket details, sign into your SMART Programs account and click on the ProServe or SellSafe program logo. Then select Program Options – Activation Tickets and review the Activation Tickets FAQs.

All unused activation tickets must be redeemed by September 30, 2023. The ability to purchase ProServe and SellSafe activation tickets on the current platform will end on September 8, 2023 as these tickets are not compatible with the new platform.
