NEW learning platform coming soon!
AGLC is launching a new learning management system platform (LMS) September 16-18, 2024. We will be transitioning the GAIN program, Anti-Money Laundering training and SMART Programs to the new platform. The new platform offers multiple training programs with one account.
You are no longer able to purchase activation tickets online. You may redeem ProServe and SellSafe activation tickets, purchase online programs and complete them until September 16, 2024.
All program requirements and the exam must be successfully completed in the current platform before 7 a.m. MST on September 16, 2024 to be migrated to the new platform. Incomplete programs and expired certificates will not be migrated.
The SMART Training Programs will be unavailable September 16-18, 2024 while we transition to the new learning management system.
If you are not certified before 7 a.m. MST on September 16, 2024 and require certification, please visit aglc.ca/training for updates.
Refund Form submission deadline
If you cannot use your activation tickets by the September 16, 2024 deadline, you may apply for a refund.
To apply, submit an Activation Ticket Refund Request form by September 16, 2024 to activation.tickets@aglc.ca. Please retrieve your order history to apply for a refund, as this information is required on the form and will not be available once the new platform is launched.
We will work as quickly as possible to process a refund. However, due to volume, it may take up to eight weeks to process.
